Nathan Bamford, a sophomore at Scripps Ranch High in California, won the Division 2 boys varsity blue race by covering the 2.93-mile layout in 16:03 at the 75th Mt. SAC Cross Country Invitational Presented by Nike in Walnut, Calif. Bamford helped Scripps Ranch secure a 99-104 victory against Westlake of California.
